Participating chefs
The Danish participant Rasmus Kofoed won gold at the Bocuse d’Or Europe 2010. He won extremely convincingly over the elite of European chefs who took part in the competition.
Rasmus Kofoed and his assistant have trained preparing the two dishes they are to compete with in Lyon on 25–26 January 2011 for the last months. They will trained to the smallest detail so as to be extremely well-prepared and will also spent a small fortune on ingredients, silver, etc. But, then again, so have all the other chefs – and it will be the best chef who wins.
